NOW, IS THE TIME TO RAISE VOICE AGAINST PAK'S ILL MOTIVES

Kashmir Files released on 11 Mar 2022 tells the story of voluminous suffering of Kashmir Pandits and how they became refugees in their own country due to Pak sponsored terrorism. Although many forms of mass communication have emerged over a period of time due to development in communication skills as well as science and technology like electronic media, social media etc; however cinema still remains the strongest means of mass communication which sends the message in most powerful way. The mass exodus of Kashmiri Pandits took place in early 1990 and thereafter there have been many instances of atrocities against Kashmiri Pandits and their move out of Kashmir Valley leaving behind their ancestral property and land. Still there are many families of Kashmiri Pandits who are not yet settled and struggling to live a respectable life.

The whole plot was hatched by ISI of Pakistan and local youth of Kashmir were brain washed to move on the path of terrorism in name of “Azadi”. Many of them crossed over to the other side of the border and received training to spread militancy in Kashmir which used to be named as “Heaven on Earth” due to its natural beauty. Sound of gun shots and IED blasts became a routine affair in erstwhile peaceful valley. Tearful eyes and sobbing sounds became a tale of almost every house. Numerous cases of untold, uncounted deaths happened in this small piece of land which was once known for its eternal natural beauty.

It is a well known fact that the actual reigns of governance in Pakistan are held by their Armed Forces and ISI is the organization working under their General Head Quarters which keeps on spreading terrorism on a world wide scale. The Armed Forces of Pakistan are not able to address the genuine and burning issues of their society like unemployment, inflation, medical facility, illiteracy, worse law and order situation, poor infrastructure, huge foreign debt etc. In order to keep the minds of their countrymen occupied; they keep on playing the anti-India narrative and propagating terrorism in Kashmir as well as other parts of the country. Certain terror organizations have been created in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir which train local Pakistan Youth and those Kashmiri youth who cross over to Pakistan side. These youth are made to cross over into Kashmir Valley and execute acts of terror, spilling blood of innocent civilians and security forces personnel. They are well supported by Over Ground Workers for their logistic and administrative needs. There are many incidences when these Pak trained militants have been training local misguided youth to pick up weapon and use against their own brethren. With the advent of social media, various false narratives are being run by Pak and its sponsored agencies to brain wash the youth in particular and Kashmiri populace in general. Radicalization is being done on religious agenda in name of Jihad. This is even more dangereous combination.

Due to more than three decades long militancy in Kashmir; education of children, employment opportunity in the valley, overall development process has suffered a serious set back although a ray of hope has started appearing on the horizon post abrogation of article 370. Still we have miles to travel before normalcy returns in this “Paradise on Earth”. The sufferings of the people of Kashmir, uncounted death of innocent citizens, development process plagued due to their decades long militancy need to be told more forcefully to open the minds of the people so that they won’t be further lured by Pak driven agenda of creating unrest in their own homeland. People have to rise and stand for their own long term gains so that they can give a peaceful society to their future generations. Such movies like “Kashmir Files” will be a turning point in change of thought process and mental perception and more number of such eye opener movies be made that will act as antidote to the psychological warfare being run by Pakistan.
